How Replenish Works

After placing an order on your Shopify store, customers are presented with the Replenish widget on the Thank You Page.

Here they can:

• Opt-in to receive replenishment reminder emails

• Choose the reminder interval (for example: 1 week, 3 weeks, or 2 months)

Once the selected interval has passed, the customer will receive a replenishment email containing a link to a pre-loaded checkout with the relevant items.

This link takes the customer directly to checkout on your store where they can:

• Continue shopping

• Adjust items or quantities

• Complete checkout

You can optionally include a discount in the replenishment campaign to encourage repeat purchases.

Conversions from customers using the Replenish link are tracked within the Replenish app so you can measure the performance of your campaigns.
